The dust removal nozzle contains an ultrasonic generator and two vacuum suction chambers. Dust particles adhere to the glass substrate surface under the action of the adsorption layer. To remove the dust particles, their adhesion must be overcome.
The vacuum suction chamber in the dust removal nozzle is used to absorb the dust particles. Once the dust particles are separated from the glass substrate, they are picked up by the reflection of the ultrasonic waves and instantly sucked away by the vacuum chamber in the cleaning nozzle, effectively cleaning the glass surface.

Product structure: It is mainly divided into two components: dust removal head and air cabinet chassis.
(A) Dust removal nozzle :Optionally, the diameter of the U air duct is upward / the diameter of the C air duct is to the side / the diameter of the G air duct is downward.
(B)Wind cabinet chassis:The high-pressure fan blows out the high-pressure air source (P) through the high-efficiency filtration system, and the high-pressure fan sucks back the air source through the medium-efficiency filtration system and cleans the fallen dust (V).
