Through atmospheric plasma treatment, the surface activity of the material is improved and the surface adhesion is improved.
The structure of the plasma cleaning machine is mainly divided into three major components, which are the high-voltage power supply, jet nozzle, and the control system.
(A)High voltage power supply:The generation of plasma requires high-voltage excitation, and the atmospheric plasma is excited by an intermediate frequency power supply with a frequency of 10-40KHz. The high voltage is 4-10KV. The parameters can be adjusted according to the actual situation of the sample, and the modified effect has been achieved.
(B)Jet nozzle: According to the size of the processing area, the plasma jet nozzle can be divided into two types: jet direct injection and rotation.
Jet nozzle:
1. Optional nozzle: ① Ordinary jet nozzle ② Flat nozzle jet
2. Ordinary jet nozzle specifications: 2mm, 3mm, 5mm, 10mm
3. Flat nozzle jet specifications: 10mm, 15mm
Rotary nozzle:
1. Ordinary jet nozzle: 20mm, 30mm, 50mm, 70mm
2. Muffler nozzle: 20mm, 30mm, 50mm, 70mm
(C) Control system:The role of the control system is to control the operation of the entire atmospheric low-temperature plasma cleaning equipment and the protection of the overall system.
